Alert Level 2 - Again...

Now that we’re back in Alert Level 2, we know how to do things!

We’ve had a run at it before, and now we’re sure we have it running as smoothly as we can.

You might remember that we took reservations the first time around to try and manage the flow of customers through our doors. We have readopted this, to a degree, the second time around.

We take reservations for any group size between 5pm and 6pm Monday-Saturday. We take reservations all night long on a Sunday and for lunch Monday-Friday anyway.

After 6pm we will just work from our usual waitlist system. We have tables available in the bar for you to enjoy a drink and a nibble should we not have a table available for you straight away. Table service is a requirement of Alert Level 2 and we have servers ready and waiting to look after you.

We take the safety and well-being of our staff and our customers very seriously. We sanitize rigorously and often anyway, this is nothing new to us, but we also do our best to stick to the single server policy and have adequately distanced all of our tables within the restaurant.

If you’d like to reserve a table between 5pm and 6pm, please contact our team on 0508-242-753. Otherwise you can make reservations for groups of 8 or more any night, for lunch, and for Sunday dinner via our reservations page here on the website.

Afternoon Tea Collaboration with Sugar Flour Pastry

We are excited to announce a one off event in collaboration with the exquisite talent behind Sugar Flour Pastry.

French trained pastry chef, Maxine Scheckter, is teaming up with Charley Noble to bring you a Wellington twist on the classic afternoon tea.

This one off special event will take place in the bustling atmosphere of Charley Noble on the afternoon of Saturday August 22nd.

Alert Level 2

COVID-19 Alert Level 2:

In these different times, the Charley Noble team has learned to adapt and change with the situation.

Unfortunately, with the restrictions there are as of August 12th, we cannot use our bar area to it’s maximum potential. Due to seated bar service and 1 metre distancing between tables we have a limited amount of space for you to enjoy a drink or snack before your meal and thank you for your understanding.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we also can only have you on the premises for 2 hours.

We thank everyone for their support in this time and are overwhelmed by your kindness and eagerness to support us.

During Alert Level 2 this time, we will be open from 9.30am until late. We serve fresh made scones and coffee from 9.30am and lunch from 11.30am. Dinner service begins at 5pm as always, and again we are taking reservations between 5 and 6pm.

We will be concentrating on making our service at dinner as great as it can be in the current conditions and look forward to welcoming you in.

We are continuing with our takeaway service. You can now pick up our delicious food, along with a free Peoples Coffee, from the bar area of Charley Noble. We are operating click-and-collect only going forward whilst we are open for service. Please ring us on 0508-242-753 to order takeway and please allow our kitchen

WOW 2019

During WOW 2019, on show nights only, Charley Noble will be open for dinner from 4.30pm. We anticipate high numbers of diners and hope to accommodate as many as possible pre and post show.

We take reservations for groups of 8 or more between 4.30pm-6.15pm. We are running a three course set menu for groups of any size alongside our A La Carte Menu.

If you don’t happen to have time for dessert before heading to the show, we invite you back to Charley Noble afterwards to enjoy dessert and a glass of prosecco for $20. All you need to do is show your WOW ticket. We will be serving til late and look forward to seeing you then.
