Cocktail Wellington (1st – 31st August)
A sweet and savoury take on an espresso martini created with People’s coffee, 42 Below vodka, Quick Brown Fox, and Crème de Cacao
balanced by a kick of our house-made chilli sugar syrup, savoury
bacon sugar syrup, and rich maple syrup with just a pinch of salt.
Accompanied by candied bacon and a marshmallow.
This mocktail combines our house-made chilli sugar syrup, bacon sugar syrup, and chocolate milk with maple syrup, Aztec Chocolate
Bitters, and a pinch of salt. (DF version available)
During WOW 2019, on show nights only, Charley Noble will be open for dinner from 4.30pm. We anticipate high numbers of diners and hope to accommodate as many as possible pre and post show.
We take reservations for groups of 8 or more between 4.30pm-6.15pm. We are running a three course set menu for groups of any size alongside our A La Carte Menu.
If you don’t happen to have time for dessert before heading to the show, we invite you back to Charley Noble afterwards to enjoy dessert and a glass of prosecco for $18. All you need to do is show your WOW ticket. We will be serving til late and look forward to seeing you then.
