Join us as international chef Louis Tikaram (Stanley, Brisbane) brings his bright and bold flavours together with our wood-fire grill to delight us alongside New Zealand's Lumina Lamb. A leisurely celebration of the best grass-fed lamb New Zealand has to offer. Be sure to wear your stretchy pants for this Saturday long lunch.

This event cannot cater to dietary requirements. Drink service will be in operation but is out-with the ticket price.

11:30am arrival, 3:30pm finish. We will require all patrons to be vacated by 4pm so the restaurant can be reset for Saturday dinner service.

Southward Distilling vodka, fig and wild Awatoru honey liqueur, Amontillado sherry, Cassis de Dijon, vincotto. Accompanied by Turron de Jijona soft almond nougat, goat cheese and orange amaro mousse, powdered fig.
